Helping with insatiable hunger

If you are dieting & find yourself insatiably hungry (most people will battle hunger at some point/to some degree while dieting as you are in a negative energy balance) and you are eating lots of “healthy fats” like nuts, avocado, cheese, peanut butter, butter, coconut oil & olive oil, you may want to consider swapping some of those foods for more filling, less calorie dense volume foods like fruit, vegetables, boiled potatoes, rice, oats & beans.

Did you know that boiled potatoes outscore every other food on the satiety index?

You can eat a lot more- with a lot less calories. And the fiber will keep you feeling fuller much longer.

So step away from the nuts & go eat some apple slices & carrot sticks. (Or stop complaining)
