Are vegetables and fruits really good for you? (Duh) Well if you are one of those people that needs convincing here you go:
A new systematic review and meta analysis says YES!
According to this new study, the lowest risk for all-cause mortality was observed with 10 servings of fruits and vegetables per day (800g/day), which is double the 5 servings per day (400 g/day) currently recommended by the World Cancer Research Fund and the World Health Organization.
(I guess I’m going to live forever!) 😀
But seriously- I am shocked at how little fruit & veg most people consume .
