Had delicious Indian food for lunch today. Was delicious. Against my better judgment, I ate cauliflower, which my body cannot handle.
Needless to say, 7 hrs later & I still look 9 months preggers, am doubled over in pain & regretting my reckless decision. (And they say sugar & gluten are the devil. Nope, it’s cauliflower)
So if this sort of thing happens to you & you are unsure of what is the offending agent- check out the FODMAPS diet. Apparently, 20% of us suffer from this but just call it IBS.
