Why you are failing your diet

I am not pointing fingers as we are all guilty of this. However, if you think you cannot lose weight due to hormones, menopause, metabolic damage, starve mode or any other nonsense, well I have news for you: Outside of an untreated medical condition (which you probably don’t have) THIS is why you’re not losing weight.
